But most of all, you learn that love is only a concept and is not something that can be defined, it is different to each and every person on this earth, knowing that everyone only wants to be loved.

I can never stress this enough. My dad used to do the same, he’d tease me and I’d go for the biscuits to feel better. But he’d tease me some more. He said he was trying to motivate me, it never works like that. Encourage people, not mock them and make them feel horrible about their body to motivate change. It never works like that. Nobody deserves that hate.
